Friends of the Grand Coulee Area Library advocate for and raise funds on behalf of the Grand Coulee Library.

The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be:

• to provide funds for Library summer reading and enrichment programs;

• to provide funds for after school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and other enrichment programs;

• to advocate for and increase awareness of special collections, services, and programs available through the Library.

• fund part of the cost of books for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

• to provide funds for programs, events, or purposes not yet identified.
