Friends of the Grand Coulee Area Library advocate for and raise funds on behalf of the Grand Coulee Library.

The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be:

1. to provide funds for Library summer reading and enrichment programs;  
2. to provide funds for after school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and other enrichment programs;
3. to advocate for and increase awareness of special collections, services, and programs available through the Library.
4. To provide funds for programs, events, or purposes not yet identified.

The Grand Coulee Library is one of 30 branches of North Central Regional Library [ http://www.ncrl.org/ ] serving five counties: Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, Okanogan.
